At walkingpads.store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your walking pad, you may be eligible for a return or refund under the terms below.
📦 What Items Are Eligible for Return?
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused.

It must be returned in its original packaging.

It must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be accepted for return.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product sent, damaged item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
💰 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different model, color, or variant, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
